Wrap the lights in big bubbled bubble wrap and line the inner walls of the box with bubble wrap

Before placing the wrapped lights in the box, make sure there is at least 2-3 inches of space between the lights and the walls of the box.

Line the inside walls of the box with more bubble wrap, then place lights inside

While the lights are in the box, fill any voids in the box with packing material or bubble wrap. 

Make sure each mounting tab on the lights are thoroughly supported with packing material/bubble wrap to prevent any broken tabs

When shipping your lights please add FRAGILE stickers on each side of the box

Add insurance to the package worth up to the full value of the headlights in case damage occurs during transportation
